Board of Directors

Upon sale of approximately one-third of the units/lots begin working with owners who are interested in being involved. Provide ownership, education, and assistance so that community members have some level of involvement in the Association operations (subject to Board approval). This, hopefully, leads to a group of educated owners who will be willing to serve on the Transitional Advisory Committee (required at 50% of sales), and eventual transition to the Board of Directors at the turnover of control (within 90 days from 75% of sales). This proactive activity and support allow these committee members to assist with minor issues and communications with other owners in gaining compliance and addressing issues that do not need to go to the Board of Directors, reducing the level of Developer/Declarant involvement in minor activities.
